The American Leage has dominated the All-Star Games the past 13 years. They are now 12-0-1, after defeating the NL All-Stars 4-3 tonight. Carl Crawford won the MVP awards for the American League.

Jonathan Sanchez for the San Francisco Giants pitched a no-hit complete-game shutout tonight against the San Diego Padres. The Giants won 10-0 and Sanchez had 11 strikeouts and gave up no runs, no hits, and no walks.

The Cleveland Indians, after being down 10-0 heading into the bottom of the fourth, rallied back to score 11 runs to beat the Tampa Bay Rays 11-10. 7 of the runs came in the bottom of the ninth for the Indians. Ryan Garko, the star of the game, had two homeruns and 5 RBI’s during the comeback win.
